Reflecting on My Mock Interview
How do you feel the interview went overall? Overall, I feel as if I did well for where I am in the process. I got feedback that my shirt wasn't appropriate which was surprising but I appreciated the feedback rather than not knowing. She said that I should cover my shoulders and my shirt initially wasn't low cut but rode down at one point. Will never wear that one again! How did you prepare for the interview? I brainstormed potential questions that I could face and tried to think of answers that would apply to multiple questions. I also read a tip online to try to think of 2-3 minute answers that could answer a potential future question. For example, when she asked me to describe myself, I included how I was introduced to OT and why I chose the field. What went differently than you expected?
